If you change your mind after you bought the item, but item has not been shipped, we'll refund you the full price including any postage paid.
IF ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED
If you change your mind after you receive the item or item has been shipped by us, you should inform us by e-mail/phone within 5 days of receiving, and should return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt by track able courier service and can have refund without any postage paid. You will also need to bear return postage expenses.
Bedding, or any factory packed items once opened cannot be re-packed in their original factory packaging, hence once opened will not be accepted for refunds.
If you want to get refund for any item with free delivery, and we have already shipped the item, there will be a deduction of £12.00 for the postage paid by us while sending the item to you. Moreover, you’ll bear return postage expenses as well, and item should be sent by track able courier service. We will not be liable for any damages/losses if something happens while the item is on its way back to us.
Fabric/Lining once cut according to your measurements cannot be refunded.
